As the owner of your own brand, how do you feel about the role of the business woman in 2016? How can she pave the way for future females?
I think I no longer take this title lightly, especially when I am in the position of high authority. It is a kind of responsibility that feeds families and develops skill sets that could aid individuals to thrive further in their careers. It is equally challenging as it is rewarding. There is so much at stake, dropping the ball is almost not an option, at least not for me, one needs to be tough but fair. So I create rules, these rules help me balance my work life and my private life so that I am an effective leader that enables excellence in others. It is also a way to protect both these entities. I think if I manage to uphold this, I automatically pave the way for other women to realize and know their potential without pronouncing it out loud.
